In addition to Vallentuna IBK, 7 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vallentuna IBK could be found in Group A together with Storvreta IBK, Katrineholms IBF and SMÅ IF Svart.
Vallentuna IBK made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Storvreta IBK, which they won with 2-1. Thereby Vallentuna IBK won the entire Slutspel in Flickor 03 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2018. Vallentuna IBK also participated in Flickor 03 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2017.
