In addition to Kärra IBK, 7 other teams played in Flickor 11-12. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kärra IBK could be found in Group A together with Almunge IK, Älvsjö AIK IBF Vit and FBC Sollentuna.
Kärra IBK made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Älvsjö AIK IBF Vit, which they won with 3-2.
