In addition to Linköpings IBK, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 11-12. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Linköpings IBK could be found in Group D together with IBK Köping, Västerhaninge IBK and Mariebergs SK.

Linköpings IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vidingsjö MoIF with 0-3. In the Final, Tibro IBK Blå 2 won over Vidingsjö MoIF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 11-12.
