In addition to Hjulsbro IK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 09-10. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hjulsbro IK could be found in Group B together with Ekeby IF, Katrineholms IBF and Fagerhult Habo IB.

Hjulsbro IK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom with 1-2. In the Final, FBC Kalmarsund Ungdom won over Fagerhult Habo IB and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 09-10.
