In addition to Vallentuna IBK, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Vallentuna IBK could be found in Group C together with Vaxholm IBF Svart, Bromma KFUM 2, Västerås IBS Ungdom and Gävle GIK.
Vallentuna IBK made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Högdalens AIS, which they won with 5-2.
