Sundbybergs IK was one of 59 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 04.

In addition to Sundbybergs IK, 9 other teams played in Flickor 04. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Sundbybergs IK | 05 could be found in Group B together with IBF Örebro ungdom, Sköndal, Nykvarns IF and EIBK F0405.

Sundbybergs IK | 05 continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vallentuna IBK with 1-3. In the Final, Värmdö IF won over Nykvarns IF and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 04.

Sundbybergs IK also participated in Flickor 04 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 Slutspel, but lost it against Älvsjö AIK IBF F04 with 1-3.

Sundbybergs comes from Solna which lies approximately 110 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Solna does also provide 23 additional clubs participating during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2018 (Among others: Vendelsö IK, Värmdö IF, Mariebergs SK, FBI Tullinge, Tumba Innebandy, Rosersbergs IK, Täby FC, Ängby If, Älvsjö AIK IBF and Rosersbergs IK/Arlanda IBK).
