In addition to the two Vallentuna IBK teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 09. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Vallentuna IBK 2 could be found in Group C together with Vaxholm IBF, Huddinge IBS, Bergs IK and Katrineholms IBF 2.

Vallentuna IBK 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vaxholm IBF with 1-3. In the Final, Vaxholm IBF won over Vallentuna IBK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 09.
