In addition to Onsala IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 07. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK could be found in Group A together with Samuelsdals IF, CL98IC 1 and Tungelsta IF.

Onsala IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Rosersberg/ Arlanda IBK, RA19 with 0-7. In the Final, Rosersberg/ Arlanda IBK, RA19 won over Mesta IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 07.
