In addition to Ekerö IK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 07. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Ekerö IK could be found in Group C together with Nykvarns IF, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Gävle GIK.

Ekerö IK made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF with 0-2. Thereby Ekerö IK finished second in P07 Slutspel during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2023.
