In addition to Rimforsa IF, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Rimforsa IF could be found in Group D together with Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 2, Nykvarns IF and AIK IBF.

Rimforsa IF continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 3-18, but lost it against Kumla IBK with 5-6. In the Final, Landvetter Wings won over Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 2 and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 08.
