In addition to GS86, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof GS86 could be found in Group B together with Rosersberg/ Arlanda IBK, RA19, FBC Partille and Gävle GIK. GS86 continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 3-10, but lost it against Enköpings IBK with 1-4. In the Final, Landvetter Wings won over Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 2 and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 08. GS86 comes from Forshaga which lies approximately 170 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place.
