In addition to Töjnan IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 07. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Töjnan IBK could be found in Group C together with IFK Gnesta, Linköping IBK Ungdom and Vaksala SK.

Töjnan IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Onsala IBK with 3-4. In the Final, Rosersberg/ Arlanda IBK, RA19 won over Mesta IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 07.
