SMÅ IF was one of 61 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 10 and Flickor 09 respectively. The team in Flickor 09 made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Katrineholms IBF by 0-2.
In addition to this, SMÅ IF have participated in Katrineholm Innebandy Cup before. During Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2023, SMÅ had two teams playing in Pojkar 10 and Flickor 09 respectively. Two teams played until 3-4 in Slutspel; Pojkar 10 lost against Vaksala SK by 2-3 and Flickor 09 lost against Katrineholms IBF by 2-7. SMÅ comes from Stora Mellösa which lies approximately 47 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Stora Mellösa does also provide five additional clubs participating during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2024 (Örebro SK Ungdom, Ekeby IF/Kumla IBK, Ekeby IF, Hovsta IF and Kumla IBK).
