AIK IBF was one of 61 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2024. They participated with one team in Pojkar 08.

In addition to AIK IBF, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof AIK IBF could be found in Group A together with Finspång IBK, Vallentuna IBK and Ekeby IF/Kumla IBK.

AIK IBF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ekerö IK, which they won with 2-1. Thereby AIK IBF won the entire Slutspel B in Pojkar 08 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2024.

AIK IBF also participated in Pojkar 08 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P08 Slutspel, but lost it against FBC Partille with 2-3.

AIK IBF comes from Solna which lies approximately 110 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Solna does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2024 (Among others: FBC Sollentuna Syd, Högalid IF, FBC Sollentuna, Älvsjö AIK IBF, Nykvarns IF, Huddinge IBS, RA19 Rosersberg Arlanda IBK, Västerhaninge IBK, Nacka IBK and Bro IK).
