In addition to the two Ekeby teams, 10 other teams played in Flickor 10. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Ekeby IF Vit could be found in Group C together with Linghem /11, Huddinge IBS Vit and IBK Hallsta.
Ekeby IF Vit continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Örebro SK Ungdom with 1-2. In the Final, CL98 IC won over Örebro SK Ungdom and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 10. Ekeby IF also participated in Flickor 10 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2023.
