In addition to the two Katrineholms IBF teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 06. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Katrineholms IBF 2 could be found in Group B together with Karlstad IBF P07, Hammarby IF IBF and Örby IS P06 2.

Katrineholms IBF 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Silverdals IF Lag Svart with 3-6. In the Final, Silverdals IF Lag Svart won over Vaxholms IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 06.
