In addition to Tierp IBK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tierp IBK could be found in Group C together with FBI Tullinge, Västerås IBS ungdom and Björklinge BK.

Tierp IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skutskärs IBK with 3-5. In the Final, IBK Köping won over Västerås IBS ungdom and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 04.
