In addition to Täby FC, 7 other teams played in Flickor 05. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Täby FC F05 Västra could be found in Group B together with Ale IBF, Katrineholms IBF and Malmköpings IBF.

Täby FC F05 Västra made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK F05 Svart with 0-2. Thereby Täby FC F05 Västra finished second in F05 Slutspel during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2019.

Täby FC also participated in Flickor 05 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F05 Slutspel, but lost it against IBF Linköping with 1-3.
