In addition to the two Hjulsbro teams, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 05. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hjulsbro IK 2 could be found in Group B together with Flens Innebandyförening, Almunge IK P05 and Skälby IBK RödVit.

Hjulsbro IK 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Mariefred with 2-6. In the Final, IBF Borlänge Blå won over IBK Köping and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 05.

Hjulsbro IK also participated in Pojkar 05 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2018. They won Slutspel, after beating Ängby IF Grön in the final with 4-2.
