In addition to Skälby IBK, 19 other teams played in Pojkar 06. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skälby IBK could be found in Group A together with Djurgårdens IF IBS, Hjulsbro IK 1 Blå and Silverdals IF Lag Svart.

Skälby IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vallentuna IBK with 1-2. In the Final, Hammarby IF IBF won over IBF LEKSAND and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 06.
