Hjulsbro was one of 70 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 08.

In addition to Hjulsbro, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hjulsbro could be found in Group A together with Vaksala, Väsby AIK P08 and Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1.

Hjulsbro continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Älta IF with 3-4. In the Final, Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1 won over Älta IF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 08.

Hjulsbro comes from Linghem which lies approximately 66 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place. The area around Linghem does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2022 (Among others: Ledbergs IBF, Linköping Innebandy, Linköping IBK Ungdom, Åby IBK Ungdom, Rimforsa IF, Linköping innebandy Ungdom, Ledberg Innebandy, Vidingsjö Moif, Linghem and Åby IBK/IBF Kolmården).
