Väsby AIK was one of 70 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Pojkar 08.

In addition to Väsby AIK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Väsby AIK P08 could be found in Group A together with Vaksala, Hjulsbro and Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1.

Väsby AIK P08 continued to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vallentuna ibk with 2-6. In the Final, Nykvarns IF won over Vallentuna ibk and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 08.

Väsby AIK comes from Upplands Väsby which lies approximately 120 km from Katrineholm, where Katrineholm Innebandy Cup takes place.
