In addition to the two Skoghalls IBK Utveckling teams, 10 other teams played in Pojkar 08. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1 could be found in Group A together with Vaksala, Väsby AIK P08 and Hjulsbro.

Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Älta IF, which they won with 3-2. Thereby Skoghalls IBK Utveckling 1 won the entire Slutspel B in Pojkar 08 during Katrineholm Innebandy Cup 2022.
